Barado's On The Water in Central Square

Great little slice of Gulf coast Florida right here in CNYWe came here on a hot, sunny Sunday afternoon on the recommendation of a friend. We were seated promptly on one of the three outdoor decks. The hostess and waitress we both very pleasant and and friendly.At our waitress’s suggestion we ordered the Ruby Red Shrimp appetizer, she returned shortly with our beers and a dozen huge shrimp steamed perfectly in Old Bay and accompanied by melted butter for dipping. I had their Angus beef Mushroom Swizz burger cooked to a perfect “As rare as possible” with a side of garlic fries. Absolutely great “three napkin” sandwich. My companion ordered the fish tacos. Beautifully cooked fresh fish delivered on tasty tacosThe place is quite clean, wait staff is attentive and welcoming, the food is excellent Once you find it you won’t forget it

I absolutely love to go there to eat no matter what season of the year it is. Everything I have ever eaten there has been excellent. Today, I had the lobster bisque soup. Outstanding!

Service was excellent, food was great. Everything was fresh. I had the lobster roll, wonderful. We all comented the music.Morgan was our server.

Went for my wife's birthday, great food, great drinks (blueberry mojito) and the staff was very accommodating as we had a decent sized group including 4 kids. Lots of room off the patio in the grass for the kids to run around while still in site of our table, which makes going out to eat with kids ages 4-7 much more enjoyable! Atmosphere was great and we couldn't have had a better evening or experience. Thanks!

As always, excellent food. We were quickly seated on the deck by the marina. I had a burger and fries and my husband had the Ruby Red Jumbo Shrimp. Both were amazing. The homemade carrot cake was incredible. We both had cocktails (margarita and vodka tonic with lime) which were also very good. All were fairly priced, and served quickly. If you haven't been here yet, we highly recommend it.

This was our second time visiting via boat. A big plus is that they allow dogs so we could bring our lab. 5 stars for that. We plan on making Barado's a main go to for that! It is appreciated.We had wings... in our opinion the best on the lake! Another 5 stars!I had the fish tacos which were also great and thier fries are great. Yet another 5 stars.Why only four stars? My wife had a medium rare cheese burger... the meat cooked prefect and tasty... however the brioche roll detracted from the burger for her as it was too sweet tasting. In fact she removed the meat and left most of the roll and she left not fully satisfied

Nice that you can go by boat. Good casual, bar/tavern, local food (chicken riggies!). Service was friendly and helpful. Can sit inside or out, no A/C when we were there. Overall, recommended if you're in the area.

We had a very pleasant lunch yesterday at this nice local restaurant. The food was wonderful and our waitress was the most friendly attentive I have ever had. We will be coming back.

Awesome place really enjoyed

My husband and I visited Botado's Friday night. The food as usual was delicious! We were extremely impressed with the organization and social distancing that was in place. It was so smooth, well explained and made the evening much more enjoyable. CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK THERE AGAIN. THANK YOU!!

Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food and service was exceptional. Had the haddock sandwich which was the best I’ve ever had. The waitress said that the haddock is fresh and never frozen. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Definitely will go back in the future.

Staff is very polite and professional, and the setting is beautiful (we sat outdoors next to the boat docks). The quality of food is exceptional! The menu features a wide array of dishes that are as great tasting as they are imaginative and the portions are very generous. This was our first visit, but I guarantee we will come back again and again.

Delicious food, outdoor seating, great service and reasonable prices.My only complaint's are that unless you are drinking wine or coffee, you are drinking out of a plastic disposable cup. Which to owners, I am assuming it is out of convenience. But personally I prefer reusable plastic or glass cups for environmental reasons. The decor could also be updated as we were sitting in plastic lawn chairs, but maybe that cozy feel is what they were going for.

I took my fiancé there for dinner tonight. From the moment we walked in everything was excellent we had the mussels Ruby shrimp to start. She had the steak and I had the haddock. Everything was excellent. It was a grand slam. If you have not been there your missing out.
